CBS News ran a story the other night about how Google has an operation in Ireland. The profits from there go the Netherlands. From there they go to an offshore bank in the Bahamas. CBS pointed out all the tax money the U.S. was missing because of this. And, yes, you guessed it. The Bahamas has no Corporate sales tax. You know Google isn't the only company doing this. I see things a bit differently than CBS News.
Instead of going to the Bahamas, what if those profits came back to, for example, Ohio? Would we have a huge need to immediately TAX those profits, like CBS thinks? Would it not be good enough if banks in Ohio just HAD THE MONEY? It might make a difference for private enterprise, no?
Look in your newspaper's Want Ads from, let's say, the 1960s. Compare it to the Want Ads from today. See any difference?
This election, and the 2012 election, are points of no return. Let's hope American voters, young and not so young, vote for a return to prosperity.

"Homophobia" - is Carl Paladino right?
Carl Paladino is a New York American running for political office. He happens to be Catholic and a Republican. Recently he spoke out against homosexuality and is being nailed to the cross by the liberal American media. Poor Carl, like Joseph McCarty, he has no idea of the forces being garnered against him. I'm surprised French strikers haven't gone to the streets to protest his statements.
But is Paladino right?
“One’s own religious views can come into this issue. I respect that…I have my own views as a practicing Catholic…but I keep them to myself, and I don’t think bigotry and hatred belong in a debate about who’s going to be the next governor.” Paladino expressed another legitimate concern he has - that of a perception being created that it's OK to be homosexual. I concur with him. It's not!
Why, in recent history, has the fact that one is a homosexual become a political and media issue? The question beggars an answer. Dare I opine by saying that it is part of an agenda to craft and glue together several artificial "minorities" to create an artificial "majority"? Unions, blacks, women et al, and now homosexuals?
Recently I attended the funeral of a friend. One of the sons is a very handsome young man. As I chatted with him and shook his hand I commented, "You've got the best looks of all your brothers." He recoiled by pulling his hand away from mine in a shocked fashion. What? Did he think I was gay by paying the guy a compliment?
I'm aware of gays in my extended family. I don't condemn them for being that way - it's what happened tothem. However, I do condemn the act. That's how it is for you, I understand. But don't try to tell me it's normal behavior and it's OK to be gay. And don't think you're special because you are gay. Where'd you get that idea? From the American liberal media?

White Men Count
I heard a term this week that hasn't been mentioned in a long time - "white men". Oh, we're still around?
The agenda of "Progressives" has excluded us in favor of their artificially-created "majority". I don't need to tell you who their coalition is. But, it's got me to thinking about we, "white men".
White men have:
Written and adopted the Constitution of the United States and create the most successful (until now) government in history.
Given women the right to vote.
Given the Negro race their freedom in America after their own had sold them into slavery.
Educated their daughters.
Educated their sons.
Invented the automobile that women drive around today.
Have any of these actions been mistakes?
Now, I expect to hear from Progressives and Leftists about all the things bad white men have done without hearing about all the bad things that women, blacks, and the rest have done. Just the things they like to headline.
Just wanted to remind some readers about what's been done for you.

THEY MUST BE WORRIED.
They gathered on the Washington Mall this weekend calling themselves "One Nation Working Together. What they shout is what's expected. They're Leftists afterall.
They call those with "Tea Party" values "intolerant and racist". MSNBC was there, apparently despite their dead rankings. Not many folks watching them these days. According to the Plain Dealer, MSNBC guy Ed Schulz called those of us who support Conservative values are holding them back. 'Them' means Democrats, blacks, Teachers, union members et al.
We note the NAACP is apparently funding students to go into High Schools and register 18 year olds as good,liberal-voting Leftists. Others present at the rally were the usual list of suspects - civil rights protection for gays and lesbians, citizenship for illegal aliens, sheesh, where do I stop?
And, as you would expect, anybody who watches FOX News (and that's a majority of us) are preachers and spewers of hate who are brainwashing Americans. We are about "as bad as it gets."
All of this nonsense is to be expected given the political climate in Europe. When they don't get their way they attempt to shutdown everyday life for everyone.
Is it any wonder why there are no college professors who hold conservative values. It's because they hire themselves. In his book, "Blacklisted by History", author M Stanton Evans names the names of the infiltration of the U.S. Department of State by Leftists. How have they done it? Read Evans' and find out. It's easy to guess - they occupy the positions that hire. Like the hiring of left-leaning professors, they hire themselves.
All the spewing of hate from the Left tells me they're desperate. We should be more desperate as they are dangerous.

"Tis the season....."
I am utterly sick of the creepy and negative radio and TV ads that are being run these days. I can't wait until Election Day passes. The mud-slinging for blatant political purposes defies belief.
In Ohio, Congressional candidate Tom Ganley is being smeared by a woman alleging he groped her. Do we smell money here? Or is it a whiff of "politics as usual"? Do we wonder why good men and women do not run for office anymore? I mean, Patrick was a Saint, I ain't.
Ganley is a millionaire car dealer. Does anyone really THINK he would risk it all for something as stupid as what is being alleged? A clue to the answer is in the failed mediation that attempted to settle matters. Defense Counsel offered $500.00 to make it go away. Now, don't you think that if there was REALLY any merit to all this that a little more than $500.00 buckaroos would have been offered to settle and keep matters silent from the public and media? Tis the Season.
In California it has been revealed by a crying former housemaid/illegal alien that a Senatorial candidate employed her while she was illegal and treated her like dirt. I think she was treated like dirt for about 8 years. I saw her dabbling her eyes and cheeks with a tissue. I didn't see any tears though. She kept dabbing a dry face. Tis the Season.
