Cleveland's TV5 News smears Cuyahoga Co. Prosecutor

Anybody see Cleveland's TV5 News (ABC) at 6:00 tonight? An attorney from the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office, Reno Oradini, Jr., was arrested in No. Royalton on a DWI charge. His problem and his alone, right? Not!

In tonight's story, TV5 News linked Oradini to an incident a couple of weeks ago when Oradini's boss, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason, was being driven home by a City of Parma Councilman named Regas. Both had a few glasses of wine that night. Mason was a PASSENGER when Councilman Regas was arrested for DUI but you would have thought Mason was the one was driving the car.

In reaction to that incident, the Cleveland Plain Dealer daily newspaper began a smear campaign against Prosecutor Mason. Now it appears TV5 news is in bed with the Plain Dealer.

How dare TV5 and ABC bring Bill Mason's name into tonight's totally unrelated news story! Oradini, Jr. works for the Prosecutors Office. Yes, we are to infer Mason is a drunk and not fit to be reelected? Are we also to infer that EVERYONE who works for Bill Mason is a drunk? This is classic Psych. 101 - draw a major premise from a minor premise. And TV5 did it with a straight face!

There's an obvious political conspiracy to smear a good man's name in the hopes of using collective powers to create negative mass pop thought against Mason. It's obvious they wish to see another Cuyahoga County resident (infer from this what you will) to the Office of Prosecutor in the next election.

"You can fool some of the people....."
