Many of the actions listed below are literally unprecedented in American history. The hostility of President Obama toward Biblical faith and values is without equal from any previous American president. While most of these news stories have been seen before, seeing them all laid out in one list is pretty astonishing.

1. Acts of hostility toward people of Biblical faith:

 

April 2008 – Obama speaks disrespectfully of Christians, saying they “cling to guns or religion” and have an “antipathy to people who aren’t like them.” (footnote 1, on Barton's WallBuilders webpage)

February 2009 – Obama announces plans to revoke conscience protection for health workers who refuse to participate in medical activities that go against their beliefs, and fully implements the plan in February 2011. (2)

April 2009 – When speaking at Georgetown University, Obama orders that a monogram symbolizing Jesus’ name be covered when he is making his speech. (3)

May 2009 – Obama declines to host services for the National Prayer Day (a day established by federal law) at the White House. (4)

April 2009 – In a deliberate act of disrespect, Obama nominated three pro-abortion ambassadors to the Vatican; of course, the pro-life Vatican rejected all three. (5)

October 19, 2010 – Obama begins deliberately omitting the phrase about “the Creator” when quoting the Declaration of Independence – an omission he has made on no less than seven occasions. (6)

November 2010 – Obama misquotes the National Motto, saying it is “E pluribus unum” rather than “In God We Trust” as established by federal law. (7)

January 2011 – After a federal law was passed to transfer a WWI Memorial in the Mojave Desert to private ownership, the U. S. Supreme Court ruled that the cross in the memorial could continue to stand, but the Obama administration refused to allow the land to be transferred as required by law, and refused to allow the cross to be re-erected as ordered by the Court. February 2011 – Although he filled posts in the State Department, for more than two years Obama did not fill the post of religious freedom ambassador, an official that works against religious persecution across the world; he filled it only after heavy pressure from the public and from Congress. April 2011 – For the first time in American history, Obama urges passage of a non-discrimination law that does not contain hiring protections for religious groups, forcing religious organizations to hire according to federal mandates without regard to the dictates of their own faith, thus eliminating conscience protection in hiring. August 2011 – The Obama administration releases its new health care rules that override religious conscience protections for medical workers in the areas of abortion and contraception. (11)

November 2011 – Obama opposes inclusion of President Franklin Roosevelt’s famous D-Day Prayer in the WWII Memorial. (12)

November 2011 – Unlike previous presidents, Obama studiously avoids any religious references in his Thanksgiving speech. (13)

December 2011 – The Obama administration denigrates other countries’ religious beliefs as an obstacle to radical homosexual rights. (14)

January 2012 – The Obama administration argues that the First Amendment provides no protection for churches and synagogues in hiring their pastors and rabbis. (15)

February 2012 – The Obama administration forgives student loans in exchange for public service, but announces it will no longer forgive student loans if the public service is related to religion. (16)

June 2011 – The Department of Veterans Affairs forbids references to God and Jesus during burial ceremonies at Houston National Cemetery. (17)

August 2011 – The Air Force stops teaching the Just War theory to officers in California because the course is taught by chaplains and is based on a philosophy introduced by St. Augustine in the third century AD – a theory long taught by civilized nations across the world (except America). (18)

September 2011 – Air Force Chief of Staff prohibits commanders from notifying airmen of programs and services available to them from chaplains. (19)

September 2011 – The Army issues guidelines for Walter Reed Medical Center stipulating that “No religious items (i.e. Bibles, reading materials and/or facts) are allowed to be given away or used during a visit.” (20)

November 2011 – The Air Force Academy rescinds support for Operation Christmas Child, a program to send holiday gifts to impoverished children across the world, because the program is run by a Christian charity. (21)

November 2011 – The Air Force Academy pays $80,000 to add a Stonehenge-like worship center for pagans, druids, witches and Wiccans. (22)

February 2012 – The U. S. Military Academy at West Point disinvites three star Army general and decorated war hero Lieutenant General William G. (“Jerry”) Boykin (retired) from speaking at an event because he is an outspoken Christian. (23)

February 2012 – The Air Force removes “God” from the patch of Rapid Capabilities Office (the word on the patch was in Latin: Dei). (24)

February 2012 – The Army orders Catholic chaplains not to read a letter to parishioners that their archbishop asked them to read. (25)

January 2009 – Obama lifts restrictions on U.S. government funding for groups that provide abortion services or counseling abroad, forcing taxpayers to fund pro-abortion groups that either promote or perform abortions in other nations. (26)

January 2009 – President Obama’s nominee for deputy secretary of state asserts that American taxpayers are required to pay for abortions and that limits on abortion funding are unconstitutional. (27)

March 2009 – The Obama administration shut out pro-life groups from attending a White House-sponsored health care summit. (28)

March 2009 – Obama orders taxpayer funding of embryonic stem cell research. (29)

March 2009 – Obama gave $50 million for the UNFPA, the UN population agency that promotes abortion and works closely with Chinese population control officials who use forced abortions and involuntary sterilizations. (30)

May 2009 – The White House budget eliminates all funding for abstinence-only education and replaces it with “comprehensive” sexual education, repeatedly proven to increase teen pregnancies and abortions. (31) He continues the deletion in subsequent budgets. (32)

May 2009 – Obama officials assemble a terrorism dictionary calling pro-life advocates violent and charging that they use racism in their “criminal” activities. (33)

July 2009 – The Obama administration illegally extends federal benefits to same-sex partners of Foreign Service and Executive Branch employees, in direction violation of the federal Defense of Marriage Act. (34)

September 16, 2009 – The Obama administration appoints as EEOC Commissioner Chai Feldblum, who asserts that society should “not tolerate” any “private beliefs,” including religious beliefs, if they may negatively affect homosexual “equality”. (35)

July 2010 – The Obama administration uses federal funds in violation of federal law to get Kenya to change its constitution to include abortion. (36)

August 2010 – The Obama administration Cuts funding for 176 abstinence education programs. (37)

September 2010 – The Obama administration tells researchers to ignore a judge’s decision striking down federal funding for embryonic stem cell research. (38)

February 2011 – Obama directs the Justice Department to stop defending the federal Defense of Marriage Act. (39)

March 2011 – The Obama administration refuses to investigate videos showing Planned Parenthood helping alleged sex traffickers get abortions for victimized underage girls. (40)

July 2011 – Obama allows homosexuals to serve openly in the military, reversing a policy originally instituted by George Washington in March 1778. (41)

September 2011 – The Pentagon directs that military chaplains may perform same-sex marriages at military facilities in violation of the federal Defense of Marriage Act. (42)

October 2011 – The Obama administration eliminates federal grants to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops for their extensive programs that aid victims of human trafficking because the Catholic Church is anti-abortion. (43)

 

4. Acts of preferentialism for Islam:

 

May 2009 – While Obama does not host any National Day of Prayer event at the White House, he does host White House Iftar dinners in honor of Ramadan. (44)

April 2010 – Christian leader Franklin Graham is disinvited from the Pentagon’s National Day of Prayer Event because of complaints from the Muslim community. (45)

April 2010 – The Obama administration requires rewriting of government documents and a change in administration vocabulary to remove terms that are deemed offensive to Muslims, including jihad, jihadists, terrorists, radical Islamic, etc. (46)

August 2010 – Obama speaks with great praise of Islam and condescendingly of Christianity. (47)

August 2010 – Obama went to great lengths to speak out on multiple occasions on behalf of building an Islamic mosque at Ground Zero, while at the same time he was silent about a Christian church being denied permission to rebuild at that location. (48)

2010 – While every White House traditionally issues hundreds of official proclamations and statements on numerous occasions, this White House avoids traditional Biblical holidays and events but regularly recognizes major Muslim holidays, as evidenced by its 2010 statements on Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Hajj, and Eid-ul-Adha. October 2011 – Obama’s Muslim advisers block Middle Eastern Christians’ access to the White House. (50)

February 2012 – The Obama administration makes effulgent apologies for Korans being burned by the U. S. military, (51) but when Bibles were burned by the military, numerous reasons were offered why it was the right thing to do. (52)

THE WAR ON......WHITE MEN aka DESTROYING AMERICA

I thought about titling this piece "Destroying America." Either way, there's a dismantling going on, one brick at a time.

Leftist judges continue to go against the will of the majority of American voters. They are crafting artificial minorities in an attempt to create an artificial majority. The latest sling sent against  us is the war against the Boy Scouts of America and the Defense of Marriage Act. Each brick represents the strength of America being deceitfully removed.

I see a time coming when homosexuals, if we allow it, will be given preference in all matters. Fill in the dots.....hiring.....military service.....teaching.....  Get the picture?

One's sexuality does not belong in the public eye. However, I must speak out when I see film of their public displays. Disgusting.

I declare myself in rebellion against what's being imposed on us by Leftist Judges,  a Leftist White House and a Leftist Political Party.

We have once chance and once chance only now to end the madness. I warn Americans though - they don't go easily. Expect power moves in some guise from them before the election. It wouldn't surprise me that there will be event created by the Left, something that would appear to be justified and open the door to the declaration of martial law.

I like to be wrong about some things. I hope I'm wrong about this and the real  American majority will speak up with their vote.

Now that Hilary Clinton has fallen on the sword as relates to Benghazi, Libya and the murders of four Americans, what has changed? Harry Truman, while President, said “The buck stops here.” Evidently in 2012 the buck stops at the State Department to shield inept leadership.

Facts of the matter have not changed. The White House knew within 24 hours that the attack was NOT because of a video yet they persisted in saying so. Our Ambassador to the United Nations continued to say it. White House spokespeople continue to say it.

What looks and smells like a cover up IS a cover up. And it is being done because of the upcoming election. Democrats are attempting to portray Presidential candidate Romney as politicizing the American deaths. Damn right he is!  And rightfully so. After all, aren’t THEY doing the same thing by their denials?

When my family and I started our company 40 years ago, we were working out of a garage on a $600 bank loan, assembling miniature picture frames. Our first retail store wasn't much bigger than most people's
living rooms, but we had faith that we would succeed if we lived and worked according to God's word. From there,Hobby Lobby has become one of the nation's largest arts and crafts retailers, with more than 500 locations in 41 states. Our children grew up into fine business leaders, and today we run Hobby Lobby together, as a family.

We're Christians, and we run our business on Christian principles. I've always said that the first two goals of our business are (1) to run our business in harmony with God's laws, and (2) to focus on people more than money. And that's what we've tried to do. We close early so our employees can see their families at night. We keep our stores closed on Sundays, one of the week's biggest shopping days, so that our workers and their families can enjoy a day of rest. We believe that it is by God's grace that Hobby Lobby has endured, and he has blessed us and our employees. We've not only added jobs in a weak economy, we've raised wages for the past four years in a row. Our full-time employees start at 80% above minimum wage.

But now, our government threatens to change all of that. A new government healthcare mandate says that our family business MUST provide what I believe are abortion-causing drugs as part of our health insurance. Being Christians, we don't pay for drugs that might cause abortions, which means that we don't cover emergency contraception, the morning-after pill or the week-after pill. We believe doing so might end a life after the moment of conception, something that is contrary to our most important beliefs. It goes
against the Biblical principles on which we have run this company since day one. If we refuse to comply, we could face $1.3 million  PER DAY in government fines.

Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy. Our government threatens to fine a company that's raised wages four years running. Our government threatens to fine a family for running its
business according to its beliefs. It's not right. I know people will say we ought to follow the rules; that it's the
same for everybody. But that's not true. The government has exempted thousands of companies from this mandate, for reasons of convenience or cost. But it won't exempt them for reasons of religious belief.

So, Hobby Lobby — and my family — are forced to make a choice. With great reluctance, we filed a lawsuit today, represented by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, asking a federal court to stop this
mandate before it hurts our business. We don't like to go running into court, but we no longer have a choice. We believe people are more important than the bottom line and that honoring God is more important
than turning a profit.

My family has lived the American dream. We want to continue growing our company and providing great jobs for thousands of employees, but the government is going to make that much more difficult. The
government is forcing us to choose between following our faith and following the law. I say that's a choice no American — and no American business — should have to make.
The government cannot force you to follow laws that go against your fundamental religious belief. They have exempted thousands of companies but will not except Christian organizations including the Catholic church.Just remember this in November !

This former Democrat watched the comings and goings of the 2012 Democratic National Convention and I would use the “Shock and Awe” term to describe the sideshows that were created.

The Washington Examiner reported DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) falsely quoted Michael Oren, Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. “We know, and I’ve heard no less than Ambassador Michael Oren say this, that what the Republicans are doing is dangerous for Israel.” She added, “They’re undermining Israel’s security by suggesting that the United States and Israel don’t have anything other than a unique and close and special relationship. It undermines Israel’s security to its neighbors in the Arab world and to its enemies. And we need to make sure that the fact that there has never been and will never be daylight between the two parties or the support for Israel that we have in the United States, that that is conveyed to Jewish Americans across this country. That’s our responsibility. It’s the responsibility we’re asking all of you to take on.”

Following the conventioon FOX News asked her about the comment and the fact that Oren denied saying it.  “I didn’t say he said that. And unfortunately, that comment was reported by a conservative newspaper. Not surprising that they would deliberately misquote me.” Unbeknownst to her, the Washington Examiner’s Beltway Confidential blog had posted audio (http://washingtonexaminer.com/dws-attacks-examiner-for-deliberately-misquoting-her-but-heres-the-audio/article/2506980#.UEnyz7JlQY7). She now has the distinction of having earned “4 Pinocchios” by Pinocchio Tracker.

As of this writing I’m still waiting for any other American media outlet with integrity to report the story. Locally, there hasn’t been any mention of it in Cleveland’s Plain Dealer daily newspaper.

Political Correctness from Political Generals

PENTAGON FIRES INSTRUCTOR FOR HIS COURSE ON RADICAL ISLAM

A 19 year Army veteran and West Point graduate has been “flagged” for a course he was teaching on radical Islam. According to Fox and Friends Sunday, U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Dooley was fired after his teachings at the Joint Forces Staff College were said to be “objectionable” by top military brass. Dooley believes what has happened is “political correctness.” And he has support. Richard Thompson, President of the Ann Arbor Michigan Thomas More Law Center has come to his defense.

“In October last year,” Thompson said, “fifth-seven Muslim organizations sent a letter to the Department of Defense demanding the purging of all instructive material that may be deemed offensive to Muslims and Islam, and they demanded all instructors using those materials should be punished.” In May of this year General Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, alongside the Secretary of Defense, publicly “excoriated” Dooley. He was fired from his teaching position and given a negative Officer Evaluation Report (OER), a death knell to a military career.  

Thompson believes what has occurred amounts to appeasing a Muslim group and sees political correctness permeating the upper echelons of the military. The course being taught was not low level; it was being taught to upper echelon military officers. The purpose of this course was to engage in a dynamic discussion to think the unthinkable, to expect the unexpected, because these officers one day will find themselves in a position say on a nuclear attack on the City of New York. And if the President turns to this officer and says ‘what should be our response?’, this officer can’t say ‘give me two weeks and I’ll come back to you.’ This officer has to have a response. And THAT’S what Lt. Colonel Matthew Dooley was teaching.”

 According to the website cited below, OERs are required at least once a year and are normally completed by two superiors, namely, a rater and a senior rater. “The rating officer on an OER is usually the rated officer’s immediate supervisor, an officer of higher rank, who is most familiar with the rated soldier’s specific duties and performance. The senior rater is a leader who occupies the next higher duty position up from the rater and is best positioned to assess both the rated soldier’s performance in comparison to his peers, as well as the rated soldier’s future potential to serve in higher ranks and increased levels of responsibility. 

The OERs clearly demonstrate that LTC Dooley’s raters and senior raters all considered him an outstanding officer and advocated his rapid promotion and advancement to the highest levels of responsibility.  Like many of his peers serving alongside him in the military, LTC Dooley has served honorably and with distinction through a number of complex operating environments. Nevertheless, he has become the latest victim of the “Great Purge” to appease the 57 Muslim groups which demanded that instructors using materials offensive to Islam be disciplined.

I come in contact with a lot of veterans down here and in my communications with Naval Academy Alumni, and I haven’t come across even one who plans to vote for Obama in November.  

What instructions do you think he has given to the marines he is now sending over to Libya to protect our embassy?  Do you think they’ll be allowed to have loaded rifles?  

With all that’s going on in the middle east and with all the concerns about how many more riots we’ll see over there tomorrow (Friday) after the Muslims get stirred up by their Imams in prayer services, Obama remains on the campaign trail today doing speeches and fundraisers.  What his job description again?

 More than 1,000 American soldiers have lost their lives in Afghanistan in the last 27 months. This is more than the combined total of the nine years before. Thirty have died in August. The commander in chief is AWOL. Not a peep, although he ordered the White House flag flown at half-mast for the Sihks that were killed. 

 There is a deep disgust, a fury, growing in the ranks of the military against the indifferent incompetence of this president. It has taken on a dangerous tone. No one knows what to do about him, but the anger runs deep as the deaths continue with no strategic end in sight to the idiocy of this war.

 Obama has had 4 years to end this futile insanity, during which time he has vacationed, golfed, campaigned, and generally ignored the plight of our men and women in uniform.  But, there is now a movement afoot in the armed services to launch a massive get out the vote drive against this president.  Not just current active duty types, but the National Guard, Reserves, the retired, and all other prior service members.

 This is no small special interest group, but many millions of veterans who can have an enormous impact on the outcome of the November election if they all respond. The million military retirees in Florida alone could mean an overwhelming victory in that state if they all show up at the polls. It might not keep another one hundred U.S. troops from dying between now and November, but a turn out to vote by the military against this heart breaking lack of leadership can make a powerful statement that hastens a change to the indifference of this shallow little man who just lets our soldiers die.

This is not something that has been forwarded over and over but something that Bob wrote this afternoon. He comes from a long line of military men who served their country and were proud to do so. Now his son is scheduled to go to Afghanistan in a few months. His niece will leave in a few weeks. I promised him I would forward it. I owe him and all those other kids that much. It's the least I can do.

Warren Buffett, in a recent interview with CNBC, offers one of the best quotes about the debt ceiling:

"I could end the deficit in 5 minutes," he told CNBC. "You just
pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more
than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible
for re-election.

The 26th amendment (granting the right to vote for 18 year-olds)
took only 3 months & 8 days to be ratified! Why? Simple!
The people demanded it. That was in 1971 - before computers, e-mail,
cell phones, etc.

Of the 27 amendments to the Constitution, seven (7) took one (1) year
or less to become the law of the land - all because of public pressure.

Warren Buffet is asking each addressee to forward this email to a minimum of twenty people on their address list; in turn ask each of those to do likewise.

In three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message. This is one idea that really should be passed around.
Congressional Reform Act of 2012 

1. No Tenure / No Pension.

A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no
pay when they're out of office.
2. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security.

All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
3. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people. 

7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void
effective 12/1/12. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women. 

Congress made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.

If each person contacts a minimum of twenty people then it will only take three days for most people (in the U.S. ) to receive the message. Don't you think it's time?

A Letter to Muslim Mullahs

Below is an ancient letter that has a message for the times we currently live in. It is as if James wrote to Muslim Mullahs of this era, not Christians of that era.

Lies and Distortions

A friend of mine forwarded me the following e-mail he received.

Big problem #1: Obama has hired hundreds of union thugs to run his ground game in Ohio. Tim Burga, president of the AFL-CIO in Ohio said, “On the front porch, at the work site, on the phone and through the mail, it will be a massive ground game.”

Big problem #2: Planned Parenthood is spending millions there to smear Romney-Ryan. Last week they committed another $3.5 million in TV ads.

Big problem #3: Obama is suing to prevent our men and women in uniform from voting. It’s unbelievable, but true, that some service members who work on Ohio military bases may not get to vote.

My friend responded to the e-mail above by sending me the following:

Would it be totally unreal, illogical, to think that the powers in America are using this same policy to keep Americans from uniting and becoming a power that those powers could not control. A method of dividing the Country so that unity will not prevail, by lies and finger pointing. Seems to me the evidence shows we are really at each others throats over many issues, and perhaps this is just what the doctor ordered to those that would like to see America and Americans crumble, and retain power and control over the people. Maybe it is time that we practice what we preach and become united in these United States of America

My reply to my friend is:

There's no doubt there is an orchestrated campaign coming from the current administration. There is an attempt to segregate voters into the Democrat's camp  - hispanics, blacks, gays, single women and union members. It is an attempt to divide and conquer by crafting an artificial majority in uniting these elements of our society. They are aided and abetted by the mnm who get their 'talking points' and within hours broadcast whatever the White House tells them. 

Television journalism in almost all of America's mnns is dead. The stories are reported in the mnm that they want to be reported. Any stories that prove their lies and distortions can only be found on FoxNews and the "blogosphere."

The Right in this nation will prevail with the votes of the Independents,  as they are the ones who will make a difference in the upcoming election, sans voter fraud. 

Regarding voter fraud, photo ID is a phony issue. One can have multiple phony driver licenses with the same photo on them. Thumbprint ID is a different story.

The upcoming election is going to make or break the United States.

Another media attack on a Presidential candidate.

Governor Romney has said that 47% of the American people aren't going to vote for him anyway 'cause they're not paying any taxes and basically like it that way. The American mnm has immediately jumped on this, as if he owes Americans an apology.

Ride it out Governor.
